Information and Referral/Consultation
Consultations are available face-to-face or over the phone for information about social services and referrals to other community partners.

Counselling
Counselling services by our professional social workers and counsellors are available for individuals, couples and families who are in need of assistance. Common issues handled by our staff include :

- Employment/Career-related issues
- Marital issues
- Child management
- Mental health issues
- Relationship difficulties

For Families

Healthy Start Programme
TRANS Family Services is one of the 6 agencies nationwide to provide an early intervention programme for disadvantaged families with children aged 6 years and below. We offer talks on parenting and family life, counselling services and other practical assistance for preschool education.

For Children

Befriending Programme
This is a volunteer-driven programme in which children or adolescents requiring social guidance and support are matched with a volunteer mentor.
The GEM Kids Club
This programme is tailored to equip preschool children from low income families with the basic English literacy skills to prepare them for formal education. Its integrated play activities help to enhance the children's social and emotional development.
