For Couples

Marriage Preparation Course
For couples planning to tie the knot, a series of sessions with our counsellor is available to help couples prepare for the joys and challenges of married life. Topics covered include communication, conflict resolution, couple strength and growth, family-of-origin exploration, sexual intimacy and family planning.

Centre-based Mentoring Programme
This programme is a volunteer-driven programme in which children or adolescents requiring better social guidance and support are matched with a volunteer mentor.
Group Workshop Series
The centre conducts fun interactive workshops for children on topics commonly associated with their age-profile. Some of these topics include anger management, self-esteem, resilience, stress management, bullying and divorce.

For Elderly

Elderly Befriending Programme
Elderly who have few or no family members often need greater social support in their later years. Our volunteers are deployed to pay regular visits to these elderly to render social and emotional support to them.
